50th Annual Fly-in/Cruise-in drops in on Sandy Sunday, August 05, 2007

Aviation and automotive enthusiasts enjoy the 50th annual Kiwanis Fly-in/Cruise-in July 29 at McKinnon Airport in Sandy

Thousands of aviation and automotive enthusiasts converged on McKinnon Airport in Sandy July 29 for the 50th annual Kiwanis Fly-in/Cruise-in.

Organizers said they expected to mix between 800 and 1000 pounds of dry pancake mix to feed the crowds and raise funds for local families in need and children's programs.

Cameron, whose father is currently the president of the local Kiwanis Club, has helped with the annual event for as long as he can remember.
