Homes for Humanity builds a house at the Portland Convention Center to be shipped down to New Orleans. Actually all they did was the framing, which had to be partially disassembled for shipping. Presumably, in New Orleans they reassembled the frame on some kind of foundation, then wired it, plumbed it, put in any ventilation ducts, doors, windows, flooring, insulation, sheet rock, roofing, interior finishing, exterior finishing, landscaping ...
But whoever moved into it was probably happy.
