Portland Police prepare to tow a motorhome they say had been parked illegally on the 6200 block of Northeast Killingsworth Street. Police blocked off the road for about two hours after the man, identified only as Larry, said he had wired the RV's propane tank as a bomb. Police took the man into custody and towed the vehicle after determining that there was no danger.

Apparently Larry was fairly well-known to Portland Police, and he had been told before to move his vehicle. He left this note in the window. From what I could see in the windows, the RV itself was a disgusting mess.
